2. Warranty Policy

  • Each subscription comes with a limited warranty, as specified on the individual product page.

  • Warranty terms vary depending on the product (e.g., Grammarly, Netflix, Adobe, ChatGPT, VPNs, etc.).

  • Warranty covers login/access issues only. It does not cover:

    • Misuse or unauthorized account changes.

    • Password modifications made by the customer.

    • Provider-side policy violations (e.g., account bans due to unusual activity).


3. Cancellation & Refund Policy

  • We reserve the right to cancel any subscription at our discretion. If canceled, you will receive a refund for the unused portion of your subscription.

Refunds are not available once login/account details have been delivered, except in the following cases:

  1. Delivery Failure – If your subscription is not delivered within 36 hours, you are entitled to a full refund.

  2. Non-Functional Account – If your account becomes non-functional and we cannot provide a fix or replacement within 48 hours, you may request a partial refund for the unused days.

  • Refunds are processed via the original payment method (Bkash, Nagad, or Rocket).


4. Replacement Policy

  • If an account stops working within the warranty period, Premium Buzz will provide a replacement account at no extra cost.

  • Replacements are subject to verification by our support team.


5. Limitations & Disclaimers

  • As a reseller, Premium Buzz does not control features, updates, or changes made by third-party platforms (e.g., Netflix, Grammarly, Adobe, Microsoft).

  • We are not responsible for:

    • New restrictions, feature removals, or service interruptions caused by the provider.

    • Issues resulting from server downtime or technical failures beyond our control.

  • Our liability is limited strictly to the amount paid for the subscription.
